Nick Burnham

Nick entered Executive Search in 2001 with a regional search firm located in Singapore, focused on Global Markets, Equity Derivatives and Commodities.  Previously he worked in the Sydney Futures Market for ten years with Macquarie Bank, Australian Gilt's and then joined Potter Warburg, staying with them through the mergers to end up at UBS Warburg. His final role was Head Trader in charge of all UBS traders on the SFE.  Nick has a strong background in the derivatives markets with extensive industry & product knowledge.

In Nick's previous firm, he was the leader and business builder for the Asian team and has been consistently ranked as one of the top headhunters in the region. He has successfully placed Global Heads, Managing Directors and other senior executives and has also worked with Hedge Funds & Private Equity firms on numerous roles such as Portfolio Managers, Heads of Private Equity (China), Analysts and Head of Risk roles.


Andrew Britton

Andrew has worked in the executive search industry in Asia Pacific since the early 1990’s. Having spent eight years in Tokyo and seven years in Hong Kong, Andrew is now based in Singapore. His product coverage and specialisations have been wide ranging over the years and he is predominantly focused on senior assignments and team introductions throughout the region. Andrew’s successful placements include regional head roles in Fixed Income, Securitisation, Leveraged Finance, Real Estate Finance, Equity Derivatives, Private Equity and Investment Banking. Additionally Andrew has placed multiple Country Managers, Chief Executive Officers, Chief Operating Officers and all senior middle and back office roles.

This wide range of expertise has been driven through client’s needs and Andrew has successfully completed senior mandates in almost every Asian country. In his previous role Andrew was the sole Managing Partner of the Asia Pacific region for a leading global executive search firm. Prior to joining the Executive Search industry, Andrew worked for “The Economist Newspaper” in Hong Kong and is a graduate of the University of Liverpool (BA Honours’ Economic History).
