Pagoda Partners was established by two seasoned professionals, Nick Burnham and Andrew Britton. Previously competitors on assignments throughout the region, Nick and Andrew formed the firm to offer the market a new, viable and high quality search alternative for the Asia Pacific region.

Together they bring more than thirty years experience in Banking and Executive search and their track record of success is unmatched.

The name Pagoda Partners was deliberately chosen to represent the core strength and values of the firm. Pagodas have traditionally been situated at the heart of Asian culture and have been a centre point for respect, innovation, reliability, and brilliance.

Both Nick and Andrew spent their early childhood years in Asia and fully understand the wide range of cultural diversity within the region.
